Our Value Management Drivers are:

Graham Webster

Graham is the Chief Executive Officer of Enth Degree.

Graham has spent his entire working career in the Australian advertising industry working with clients such as Colgate Palmolive, Kimberley Clarke and David Jones, and has developed an intimate knowledge of the structures and fees adopted by advertising service providers.

Prior to establishing Enth Degree, Graham was a partner in Customedia, an independent media strategy company. His 30+ year career in the advertising industry includes the position of National Media Director roles with advertising agencies Young and Rubicam, and Lintas. He has also been a partner in a Media Buying Company.

At Enth Degree Graham specialises in media service delivery and regularly evaluates media costs and service delivery for some of Australia’s largest media spenders. His experience working within the advertising industry is invaluable in understanding the costs and service models employed by Agencies, and where savings can be generated for marketers.

Following my move to Enth Degree after over 30 years in the Media Agency industry, some have accused me of being poacher turned gamekeeper. From this side of the fence I have observed that gamekeepers are critical! Despite the significant changes to the media landscape over the last five years, I have observed that many agencies’ reporting continues to lack the transparency so readily available through today’s measurement systems.

The media has changed yet many agencies have failed to keep pace. We have developed systems that provide transparency of agency performance and actionable solutions to encourage continuous improvement in media planning, buying and post campaign reporting."

Peter Coffey

Project Director and Partner at Enth Degree.

As a Project Director and Partner at Enth Degree, Peter works with clients to ensure they receive genuine value from agency partners across all media disciplines: creative, strategy, planning and buying, digital, research and public relations.

Peter’s role at Enth Degree extends beyond agency appointment, commercial negotiations and contract development. As a strategic counsel, he is able to oversee and manage the performance of agency partners in an ongoing capacity, ensuring transparency.

Having a comprehensive understanding of agency processes and cost centres allows Peter to ensure there is a complete alignment in client expectations and agency deliverables.

In addition to his role at Enth Degree, Peter has an ongoing academic engagement at Macquarie University as a Tutor in Business Law and International Business. With a BBA LLB foundation, his depth of knowledge of the legal framework in Australia and internationally enables Peter to support clients’ legal teams and marketers in engaging suppliers both domestically and globally.

I am committed to building long term sustainable relationships with Enth Degree clients and their agency partners."

Patrick Hammond

Media Director at Enth Degree.

Patrick, a seasoned professional in the media industry, became a valuable addition to Enth Degree in January 2023, now leading the team running the media rate and value reviews.

With over 15 years’ experience Patrick brings a wealth of expertise gained from working in various capacities within both media agency and sales organisations.

Having held significant investment roles at prominent agencies such as UM, Mindshare, Havas, and most recently OMD, Patrick’s journey reflects a diverse and comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital channels.

At OMD, he served as the Trading Director for some of Australia’s most prestigious and largest accounts, overseeing yearly best-in-class media negotiations and running high performance teams that consistently delivered optimal buying results without compromising quality.

I take great pride in collaborating with marketers and their agencies to deliver the best possible campaign outcomes."
